Content:

On a day trip to Bern, the pupils get to know the city and use their foreign language skills by solving the tasks in linguistically mixed groups (German-French).

Before the school trip, the school trip is prepared during a lesson in the classroom. The pupils receive the worksheet "Karte von Bern für Schüler:innen" and mark the places on the map that they will visit on the school trip. 

In Bern, the pupils are divided into groups (3 to 5, bilingual). Finally, they receive the worksheet "Stadtrundgang Bern". With the help of the worksheet, they then explore Bern using the map prepared in class and answer the questions on the worksheet. 

Alternatively, the excursion can also be done with a single class (German or French speaking).
