The attached letter to parents can be consulted as an example. The pupils register for the language exchange and tick whether they want to do the exchange both ways, i.e. whether they want to host someone and take part themselves, or whether they do not want to take part. They also indicate whether they are hosting no one, someone or two students and whether they would prefer to have a boy or a girl visit them and in which week.
